FAQ - NOMINATIONS
Who can nominate for the SXMA Awards?
To prevent nomination abuse and bot activity, only verified and non limited accounts are allowed to submit nominations and vote in the SXMA Awards.
How do we prevent bots?
- Only verified accounts (email-confirmed and not flagged as suspicious) can nominate and vote.
- Each account can submit only one nomination per category.
- Automated bot-detection and duplicate-prevention systems ensure fair participation
How do I submit my nominations?
You can nominate by scrolling to the category you want and clicking “Select Nominee.”
Which companies, brands, or individuals can I nominate?
For most categories, you can nominate brands, products, companies or collectives.
For specific categories (such as creator or performer categories), the nominee must be an individual person.
Can I nominate the same brand for multiple categories?
Yes. You can nominate the same brand for as many categories as you feel are appropriate.
Can I edit my nominations?
No. Once you submit a nomination, it cannot be changed.
How do I share my nominees with friends?
Click the “Generate new link” button.
You can share your nominations page even if you haven’t completed all categories.
Generating a new link will automatically invalidate any previous links.
When are the winners selected and announced?
The 10 finalists in each category will be published on February 20th.
Public voting opens on February 25th.
